This Privacy Policy explains how NeoSmartApps ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit neosmartapps.cv or use our WordPress plugins. We're a small, India-based software studio, and we've tried to keep this as straightforward as the products we build.

  • Contact information you provide directly, such as your name and email address, when you reach out for support by email or WhatsApp.
  • Purchase information when you buy a premium add-on, including your email address and billing details, processed through our store's payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
  • Basic website usage data, such as pages visited, collected through standard web server logs or analytics tools if enabled on this site.

We use the information we collect to deliver and support our products, respond to support requests, process add-on purchases and license delivery, and improve our website and plugins based on how they're used.

Cookies

This site may use a small number of cookies for basic functionality, such as remembering preferences or keeping you signed in during checkout. We don't use cookies to build advertising profiles.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this site and our store: a payment processor to handle add-on purchases, Google Fonts to deliver typography, and WordPress.org to host and distribute our free plugin. Each of these may process limited technical data, such as your IP address, under their own privacy policies.

Our plugins don't phone home

Tempmails and our other plugins are built to be self-hosted. Once installed on your WordPress site, they connect to your own IMAP server and do not transmit user data to NeoSmartApps or any third party. License-key validation for paid add-ons is the only data our plugins send back to us.

Data retention

We keep contact and purchase records for as long as needed to provide support, fulfil legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes, after which we delete or anonymize the data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's privacy

Our website and products are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as our products or practices change. The "Updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
